Todd Abelson

Born, raised and educated in New York City, Todd has a B.S. degree in Computer Science and a degree (equivalent) in Accounting. He worked as a leading software consultant specializing in business and accounting systems and as Operations Manager for a local Tucson firm.

In 1995 Todd merged his experience as a business consultant with his expertise in accounting and finance to become a Loan Officer. An acknowledged, leading Mortgage Advisor in Tucson, over 99% of his customers offer exuberant testimonials on his behalf, several of which are included for your review.

Todd and his wife, Marcia, have lived in Arizona since 1977 and Tucson since 1984. Along with their daughter, Bonnie, they are very active is community activities, road cycling (Todd) and women’s softball and basketball (Bonnie).

As Loan Processor, Marlina ensures that the loan is processed smoothly and efficiently. It is Marlina’s role to make certain all documentation, underwriting, closing and funding conditions have been met.

Dawn Hansen

As Transaction Coordinator, Dawn ensures crisp coordination between our Borrowers, their Realtors, title companies, the team and all support organizations. Dawn is a great point of contact for questions about your loan.

Raised in New Hampshire and moved to Arizona in 1992, she has 10 years experience in Real Estate and Escrow, plus 12 years and counting in the Mortgage industry.

Her hobbies are photography, gardening and spending time with her Husband and all of their pets.
